Exchange only for item(s) of equal value. Pay the difference if the customer chooses a higher-priced item.

Send video proof of the item in original packaging (toy, charger, manual, bag).

1. If an item has been discontinued, we offer a similar item of equal value

2. No refund, only exchange.


3. One-time exchange limit.


4. Shipping covered by customers both ways (applies to Tobago as well).


5. Must have proof of purchase.

Within 6 weeks

Manufacturer Defect – Full Replacement

Eligible for one replacement of the same item. If item is out of stock, the customer has the following options; 1)Store credit

2)Wait for the item to be restocked

3)Select an item(s) of equal value

1. Misuse voids warranty (overcharging, rough handling, water damage, etc).


2. If an item is discontinued, a similar item will be offered.


3. Shipping to be covered by customers unless defects are confirmed.


4. Limit: one exchange per item.


5. After resolution, repeat issue is evaluated case-by-case

Receive a 20% discount on a new item (valid for 3 months).

Customers may request referral to a third-party repair technician.
