Shipping Instructions

We offer the following shipping options:

Direct Pay on Delivery (All Trinidad & Tobago Locations):

• When selecting the direct Pay on Delivery option, please ensure to provide a full name, accurate delivery address, and contact number at checkout.

• Expedited- Same Day Delivery- $95 TTD (Monday-Saturday) -(Pay on Delivery/Online) order by 9am (To be Confirmed) to Trinidad Locations Only

• Rush Shipping- Next business day- $65 TTD (Monday-Saturday)- (Pay on Delivery/Online) order by 9pm Ships next day

• Express Shipping- 2-3 business days- $50 TTD (Monday-Saturday)- (Pay on Delivery/Online) Deliveries to Trinidad or Tobago

• Payment options: Cash (TTD or USD), Linx, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Online Transfer, Payal, and Zelle 

• NB: USD payments made online or physically, require photographic proof of receipt of the customer's face or one form of identification.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION- Delivery confirmation must be done AT LEAST 3 hours in advance before delivery.

CHANGE IN ADDRESS: Any changes in address must be made AT LEAST 12 hrs in advance.
